For anyone actively job hunting — engineers, designers, PMs, analysts, marketers, and more.

Applying late is killing your chances.

Most job seekers apply 24–72 hours after a role goes live. The first 1–24 hours have the least competition – but also require you to constantly refresh job boards.

Today’s reality

  • Dozens of tabs across Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, LinkedIn.
  • Copy‑pasting resume bullets for every single JD.
  • Discovering great roles days after they were posted.

With SameDayApply

  • Fresh postings under 6 hours old, delivered to your dashboard.
  • Role title, company, and experience requirements shown upfront.
  • You apply directly — on your terms, with full control.

Why applying fast changes everything.

Speed isn't just a nice-to-have — it directly determines whether you get a response.

Recruiters see fewer resumes early

When a job goes live, the first 10–20 applicants get reviewed while the recruiter is still enthusiastic. By day 3, they're fatigued and filtering harder.

ATS ranking favors early submissions

Many applicant tracking systems sort by submission time as a tiebreaker. Same qualifications, earlier date = higher in the queue.

Hiring managers move fast on strong early candidates

A great resume on day one often triggers a same-week call. That same resume on day four might sit in a pile.

You apply before internal referrals flood in

Companies often post externally first, then share internally. Applying early means you're in the system before referrals crowd the pipeline.

More time to prepare

If you're one of the first to apply, you have more time to research the company, prep for calls, and schedule interviews on your terms.

How SameDayApply works

1

Set up your profile once

Upload your base resume and set your target role, industry, keywords, location, and any companies to exclude. Your profile is the foundation — the more accurate it is, the better every tailored resume we generate.

2

Review matching roles on your dashboard

We surface fresh job postings that match your criteria — showing role title, experience requirements, and company name. You browse your queue, select the roles you want, and hit submit.

3

You apply. First in line.

Click a role you like and apply directly through the company's portal. Because you're seeing it within 6 hours of posting, you're among the first applicants — before most people even open their inbox.

Real interviews. Real results.

FAQs

Clear answers on pricing, applications, privacy, and support.

How does the dashboard work?

After onboarding, you get access to a dashboard showing fresh job matches — each with the role title, experience requirements, and company name. You select the ones you want and hit submit. We take it from there.

Do I have control over which jobs get applied to?

Yes — always. You review every role before it goes out. We surface matches; you decide what gets submitted. Nothing is applied to without your approval.

What happens after I select a job?

You get a direct link to the job posting so you can apply yourself — on the company’s own portal. Because you’re seeing it within 6 hours of posting, you’re ahead of most applicants before you even hit submit.

How fresh are the jobs?

We surface jobs posted within the last 6 hours. That puts you among the first wave of applicants — before most people even open their job board app.

Can I cancel if I land a job?

Yes. Cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-month, unused days are refunded after accounting for applications already submitted.

Will it apply to every job it finds?

No. Every posting is filtered by your role, keywords, location, experience level, and company blacklist before it even appears in your dashboard queue.

Who is this for?

Any active job seeker — engineers, designers, product managers, analysts, marketers, finance, operations, and more. If you’re applying to jobs, we can help you apply earlier and smarter.

Is my resume and data kept private?

Your resume and profile are used solely to generate tailored applications based on your selections. We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties.

When will I get access?

We’re onboarding in small cohorts to make sure the experience is solid. Join the waitlist and we’ll reach out when your spot opens up.

What support do I get?

You get onboarding help to set up your profile and filters correctly, plus ongoing support as you refine your targeting and search strategy.
